Developing a Fake Pharma Branding
The “Problem”
We all know at least one granola/almond mom who doesn’t believe in Western or Eastern sciences and believes that they know more than the doctor that spend 8+ years in schooling.
They have a tendency to rely on influencers who believe Beef Tallow is the next thing to cure cancer and that one simple tea will cure all pain in a matter of seconds instead of the elongated time and consistency it takes.
Then, we have the anti-vaxxers who would rather not touch anything that looks like it would come from a pharmaceutical company.
and lastly, the people who need it but don’t take it seriously… young adults and teens, who need a visual that strikes with them before they read what’s on the label.
Introducing Meadowlands Pharma, a “Pharma” company whose branding may help change the minds of the new-age “almond” wellness movement.
Who is Meadowlands PHarma?
First Things First.
They aren’t real.
Operating as an enigma, Meadowlands Pharma produces medications from both Western and Eastern perspectives of medicine. They produce and supply medications such as SSRIs and dienogest, but also supplements such as Ginger, B12, and Iron.
Meadowlands Pharma is a fake pharmaceutical company. It focuses on both Eastern and Western medical resources, such as vitamins and other forms of supplements, while also providing Western-style medicine, such as antidepressants, Dienogest, and other forms of medical assistance.
Meadowlands Pharma is a new pharmaceutical company that wants to break the stigma behind both sides of the medical industry. It is a forward-thinking, as well as past-reviewing ecosystem. Its main goal is to showcase that all forms of medicine are valid, not harmful, and can help in certain situations. Another goal is to educate people on both Eastern and Western medicine and how they can work together.
It is a company that doesn’t want people to feel bad for taking one side or the other. Their main goal in packaging is to make people feel less judged for getting the help that they need, whether it is from Eastern medicine or Western medicine.
Meadowlands Pharma believes that all people are valid and need to be seen, their voices to be heard, and their ailments to be assisted.
More on the Target Audience
There’s a red dot on these folks
The target audience for this project is late teens and young adults. It’s mostly targeting the group of people who are starting to be dissuaded by Western medicine and vaccines. The brand is meant to show a more natural side to modern medicine, because modern medicine derives from more natural substances.
The goal of this project is to showcase a pharmaceutical brand that is seen as more of a naturopathic brand and persuade those who are starting to turn away from Western medicine that Western medicine is not the villain that they believe it to be.
Essentially, the brand itself allows itself to create both medication that you would have to get from a pharmacist or doctor, and vitamins on the side. Showcasing to its audience that it also supports Eastern, naturopathic medicines and TCM (Traditional Chinese medicine).
